No refund will be made to after the payment has been done.
The buyer must retain their ticket for the entire duration of their presence at the Louvre Abu Dhabi.
No duplicate ticket will be issue or provided except with the specific agreement of the Louvre Abu Dhabi.
E-tickets should be presented on arrival on your personal device, please do not print your tickets.
Once at the museum you may remain for up to 3 hours, during opening hours.
As per the government guidelines, As per the government guidelines, all visitors are required to wear a mask whilst indoors at the Museum. Gloves are not required for visitors; however, gloves are available on request if a visitor wishes to wear them.
There will be no locker or cloakroom access; only small bags and handbags are allowed at the museum.
A maximum of ten admission tickets may be booked per visit day. Please note that each child under 13 should be accompanied by an adult.
Children under 18 can now visit the museum free of charge.
Photography is permitted throughout Louvre. However, flash photography is not allowed in some areas with sensitive exhibits.
Food and water is strictly prohibited inside the galleries.

Cancellation Policy
Activities that are marked as non-refundable will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity start time are not eligible for a refund.
Online payments can be refunded to the bank account or wallet, while wallet or point payments can only be refunded to the wallet balance.
Direct refunds to a bank account may take 10-15 working days to process.
Refunds will not be issued for issues related to the quality or satisfaction of the activity.
