Before the show commences, Please present a copy of the printed voucher/ confirmation voucher in the mobile upon arrival.
All guests are required to wear mask and must follow social distancing guidelines
VIP ticket holders are requested to follow assigned seat numbers.
All regular seats are on a "first come, first served' basis. There are no assigned seats.
Dubai Dolphinarium reserves the right to not re-issue any lost tickets.

Child Policy

Exactly twelve (12) years old and above needs adult ticket.
Exactly Two (2) to Eleven (11) years old needs a valid child ticket. Child below Two (2) years old is free. Children 11 years old and below must be accompanied by a paying adult to enter the show arena and watch

Cancellation Policy

Activities that are marked as non-refundable will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity start time are not eligible for a refund.
Online payments can be refunded to the bank account or wallet, while wallet or point payments can only be refunded to the wallet balance.
Direct refunds to a bank account may take 10-15 working days to process.
Refunds will not be issued for issues related to the quality or satisfaction of the activity.
