Cancellation Policy
- Activities that are marked as non-refundable will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity start time are not eligible for a refund.
- Online payments can be refunded to the bank account or wallet, while wallet or point payments can only be refunded to the wallet balance.
- Direct refunds to a bank account may take 10-15 working days to process.
